The concept is simple: limited time, a motivated team, and something tangible to deliver at the end of the day.
It’s a race against the clock, but also a great opportunity to unleash collective creativity, break routines, and stimulate collaboration.
What does it impact ?

- Stimulating innovation and creativity : The intense format forces teams to quickly come up with original ideas, improvise, and test solutions without fear of failure.
What should the organizer prepare ?
- Define the project scope : theme, constraints, expected final outcome, etc.
- Book a room or dedicated space for each team.
- Provide working materials : laptops, Post-Its, whiteboards, snacks, etc.
- Create a judging grid or plan a closing ceremony.
- Ensure logistical support : Wi-Fi, schedule, meals, etc.
