Simulating such an environment is an excellent way to practice team interactions during demanding moments.
What does it impact ?
- Strengthening communication and sense of belonging : In a flight simulator, clear and precise communication is crucial for the success of the operation, which strengthens cohesion and the sense of belonging within the team.

- Form balanced teams and encourage cooperation and communication throughout the exercise.
- Integrate diverse scenarios to test the team’s skills under various stressful situations.
- Hold debriefings after each scenario to discuss successes and areas for improvement.
