Using LEGO blocks, secretly create a relatively complex sculpture. Form teams of four and give the same number of pieces to each team so they can reproduce your sculpture.
Hide the sculpture at an equal distance from each team. At the whistle, one member from each team comes to view the sculpture for only 10 seconds and must return to their table to build the piece with their team. After one minute, a second whistle blows – a second team member comes to see for 10 seconds and returns to the table… and so on until all colleagues have seen the piece.
At the end of the activity, the winning team is the one that has managed to reproduce the sculpture as accurately as possible. This activity is ideal for improving communication and teamwork.
