Activity description

During this activity, you will have the opportunity to build authentic connections with your team members.
While having fun, you will learn about yourself, others, and especially how you interact with horses!
This unique experience will help you develop communication and collaboration skills in a natural and soothing environment.

What should the organizer prepare ?

• Reserve an equestrian center or an appropriate venue for the activity.
• Ensure that participants wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for interacting with horses and outdoor activities.
• Provide refreshments, water, and insect repellents for participants.
• Prepare specific activities involving horses, such as guiding exercises, grooming, games, and fun challenges with the horses to strengthen team spirit.
• Clearly communicate the schedule and planned activities to all participants before the day begins.

• Organize trust exercises where participants must guide horses in teams, fostering communication and collaboration.
