“The Bandit” is a fully virtual team-building experience that drops participants into a mysterious scenario—one that only they can solve. Each player receives a unique information card and must collaborate by moving between breakout rooms to share clues, test hypotheses, and reach consensus. With minimal initial instructions, the group must develop its own communication and decision-making system. As the game progresses, facilitators gradually hand over control of breakout room management to participants, encouraging strategic thinking and agile coordination.
What does it impact?
Strengthening communication and sense of belonging: Success depends entirely on listening, mutual understanding, and effectively sharing unique information across the group.
Optimizing collaboration and work quality: Without imposed structure, the group must create a collective system that adapts and evolves—perfect training for project-based teamwork.

At LogisPlus, the team solved the game at record speed by building a shared “command center” in a Google Doc—which they still use today for real projects!
At TechNova, two participants accidentally stayed alone in separate rooms, talking to themselves out loud, thinking they were still in group chat—cue the laughter!
Comptabilité Pro saw a usually quiet colleague emerge as the strategic leader, organizing the entire team plan—an unexpected (and welcome) surprise.
At Mobilia, one team member drew out all the card connections by hand—her sketch beat every digital solution they tried.
MediaClick turned early-game mistakes into an ongoing inside joke (“Never follow Marc again!”) that still lives on in their Slack channels.
One Savoirs en Ligne player got disconnected—then returned incognito to drop cryptic clues James-Bond-style, turning the whole room into a spy movie scene.
At RéseauPlus, the team made up a motivational theme song between breakout rooms—and ended up recording it as a fun team souvenir.
A manager from DeltaWeb shared, “It’s the first virtual game where I truly felt we worked as a team—not just in parallel.”
