Description

Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization committed to improving access to affordable housing for families.
In partnership with volunteers, the community, and selected families, they build and renovate homes, allowing families to acquire property under advantageous conditions.
These initiatives aim to provide a healthy and secure environment while promoting stability and independence for beneficiaries.

What makes them special ?

• Habitat for Humanity doesn’t just provide homes : partner families contribute 500 hours of volunteer work towards the construction of their own home. This model not only reduces costs, but also strengthens homeowners’ pride and sense of belonging.
• Moreover, with tailored financial conditions (no down payment and favorable interest rates), they open the doors to homeownership for families who otherwise couldn’t access it through traditional means.
